This crispy bacon focaccia brings together sweet, salty and rich flavours in one simple dish — made using The Lucky Pig’s streaky bacon.
Jammy grapes, creamy bocconcini and crisp bacon create a balance that works perfectly for entertaining or an easy share-style meal.

Ingredients
- 1 large focaccia dough
- 200g The Lucky Pig streaky bacon, chopped
- 150–200g bocconcini
- 1 cup seedless grapes, halved
- 3 tbsp Del Bocia butter
- 2 tbsp fresh chives

Method
- Preheat oven to 200°C (180°C fan forced)
- Cook streaky bacon until golden and crispy, then drain
- Prepare focaccia base, drizzle with oil and create dimples
- Top with bacon, bocconcini and grapes
- Lightly press toppings into dough
- Bake until golden and cooked through
- Finish with chives and serve warm with Del Bocia butter
