Luke's Butcher's Tip
Cook Short Cut Bacon over medium heat rather than high. This allows the fat to render slowly while keeping the eye of the bacon juicy. If you're making sandwiches or burgers, take it off the heat just before it's fully crisp, as it will continue to crisp while resting.
