Refund policy

At The Lucky Pig, we take pride in supplying fresh, high-quality meat and smallgoods.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we generally cannot accept returns for change of mind once an order has been collected or delivered.

Eligible Refunds & Replacements

We will provide a refund, replacement or store credit where:

  • The incorrect product was supplied
  • A product arrives damaged
  • A product is spoiled or unsafe
  • An issue is covered under Australian Consumer Law

Reporting an Issue

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of collection or delivery.

To help us investigate the issue, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the problem
  • Photographs of the product where applicable

Return Costs

Where a refund or replacement is approved due to an error, damaged goods, or a product quality issue, The Lucky Pig will cover any reasonable return costs or arrange an alternative resolution.

Change of Mind Returns

For food safety reasons, we do not accept change-of-mind returns on fresh meat, chilled products, frozen products or other perishable food items.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
