Our Lamb Mince is made fresh in-store from quality Australian lamb and contains approximately 90% lean meat. It's ideal for meatballs, koftas, shepherd's pie, burgers, pasta sauces and family meals.
Prepared fresh by our butchers with no added preservatives, our lamb mince can be cooked immediately, refrigerated for short-term use or frozen for up to 3 months.
