Made in-store at The Lucky Pig in Bentleigh, it is built on a traditional coarse grind, clean smoke and balanced jalapeño heat. The chilli is there, but it does not take over. You get savoury smoke, gentle warmth and a proper smallgoods bite.

A perfect score means there was almost nothing for judges to fault across structure, flavour, consistency and finish.
