Our very own Homemade Puff Pastry Parcels!

These parcels contain Luxurious Lamb Shoulder, Marinated and slow cooked with Fresh Lemon and Herbs, shredded and tossed with sautéed Spinach and crumbled Fetta then wrapped in puff pastry to become the perfect oven bake pairing for a salad or roast veggies!

Cooking Instructions: 45-50minutes on 180 deg C (or until golden). For best results cook these Parcels from frozen.

Shelf Life: This is a frozen product, can be kept frozen for up to 6 months. If defrosted use within 48 hours.

Ingredients and allergens

Pastry 50% (wheat flour, vegetable margarine (vegetable fats and oils, water, salt, emulsifiers 471, 322 (soy-derived), antioxidant 307b, acidity regulator 330), water, unsalted butter, salt, preservative 220, dough conditioner 920).

Filling 50%: lamb 65%, feta 6% (milk, salt, lactic cultures, microbial rennet (non-animal)), stock/gravy 8% (water, lemon, tomato, celery, carrot, garlic, brown sugar), spinach, mint, rosemary, herbs and spices.
