Cheese Kransky Sizzle Skillet

🔥 This one’s a guaranteed showstopper: crispy Cheese Kransky slices baked in a bubbling skillet of molten cheese, sweet honey, olives, and toasty nuts. It’s indulgent, easy, and made for sharing — just add crusty bread and dig in.

Ingredients

 

 

  • 2 Cheese Kranskys, sliced

  • 1 wheel of brie

  • 1 cup cubed feta cheese

  • 200g chilli cheddar or gouda

  • ½ cup mixed marinated olives

  • ¼ Spanish onion, finely sliced

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • 1 tbsp chopped nuts (e.g. almonds, walnuts, or pecans)

  • 1 tbsp dried cranberries

  • Sliced and toasted sourdough or crusty bread, to serve

 

 


 

 

Method

 

 

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (fan-forced).

  2. In a cast-iron or ovenproof skillet, arrange the kransky slices, brie, feta, cheddar, onion, and olives.

  3. Drizzle with honey, then scatter the nuts and cranberries over the top.

  4. Bake for 15 minutes, or until the cheese is gooey and bubbling, and the kranskys are golden and sizzling.

  5. Serve straight from the skillet with toasted bread on the side.
