Our house-made beef pastrami is made with Australian beef and sliced into a convenient 200 g pack. Pile it onto rye bread with mustard and pickles, tuck it into a bagel or build a generous toasted sandwich.
How to serve
Pair with Swiss cheese, sauerkraut and Russian dressing for a Reuben-style toastie, or add sliced pastrami to your next deli platter.
Butcher’s tip
For a warm sandwich, gently heat the slices in a covered pan with a small splash of water. This helps keep them moist before you layer them onto your bread.
