From Basque With Love – Moroccan Rice with Dates and Hazelnuts
Cooking instructions: Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil over medium heat, add 1 cup of rice and fry for 1 minute. Add 2 cups of water and cook for 15 to 20 minutes or until water has been absorbed. Serve on its own or as an accompaniment to a tagine, meat or fish. Seriously delicious served with our Moroccan lentils.
