Our Traditional 8 Point Lamb Rack is prepared from Free Range Saltbush Lamb and left with the fat cap on for maximum flavour and tenderness. A premium roasting and grilling cut, lamb rack is ideal for entertaining, special occasions or an easy weekend roast.
