Grass Fed and finished Beef, Raised ethically at Cape Grim which lies on the Northern shores of Tasmania and is well known to have the cleanest air in the world.

Scotch Fillet Steaks are more often than not a butchers favourite, containing a white strip of fat that runs through the muscle means that scotch fillet steaks are a rich and juicy cut that cannot be surpassed for flavour.

Best Cooked to medium to allow the fat to render and let rest for half of the cooking time before tucking in.

Cooking instructions: BBQ, Grill, For failsafe cooking results we recommend using a meat thermometer. Rare - 60°C, Medium/Rare - 65°C, Medium - 70°C, Well Done - 75°C

Shelf Life: Our fresh beef is recommended consumed within 2-3 days. Can be frozen for up to 6 months.
