Cooking Instructions:

Cooktop. Start with a pot of cold water, submerge corned beef and bring pot of water to the boil, simmer for 30minutes per 500gm of meat.

Shelf Life:

Our corned beef comes vacuum sealed and has a shelf life of 7 days. Can be frozen for up to 6 months.
