The Australian Charcuterie Excellence Awards are the premier awards for the smallgoods industry in Australia, setting the highest standards for quality, innovation, and taste. Hosted by the Australian Meat Industry Council (AMIC), the awards feature a rigorous judging process, with a panel of highly respected experts in the field of charcuterie. These judges, who bring decades of experience, evaluate entries across several key criteria, ensuring that only the best products receive recognition.

This year, there were over 800 entries across 10 classes and 25 categories, including bacon, ham, salami, and more. To be recognised on this nationwide stage is an honour we are incredibly proud of, and it demonstrates our commitment to producing top-tier smallgoods.
